| I was a tennent of Steve’s for two years and can not fault him as a landlord whatsoever!
If there was any issues, he would sort them out right away. He respects your privacy and
treats you as an adult, rather than a typical student. Hearing horror stories from
friends in the area, I was lucky to have a landlord as good as Steve at my time in
university. |

| Excellent house and an excellent landlord, Steve always gave plenty of notice if he
needed to visit and made sure the house was in perfect condition for us. I would
definitely recommend Steve over other letting/estate agents as you can trust him to get
any issues fixed without having to wait ages or constantly remind him. |

| Best landlord I have ever had, understanding if you can’t pay a months rent for a few
days as your student loan hasn’t come in yet. Without any extortionate late payment fees
which I have had in the past. The house was well furnished and came with everything we
needed, including a wifi booster as the Virgin box struggled to reach the far corners of
the house. Steve is a real genuine guy who is not out to rip you off. Unlike estate
agents who will look to charge you everywhere for every small detail. |

| Over the moon that I’ve had a trouble free year with regards to our accomodation. Steve
is an excellent landlord, not a bad word can be said about him. No issue is too big or
small, and he is very understanding and appreciative with problems that us students go
through, be it financial or otherwise.
Our house was lovely and well taken care of and im sure the next students will love it
too.

| Myself and 4 friends lived in Steve’s house for 2 years and couldn’t have asked for a
better landlord. We had a great time in the house and any issues we ever did have (which
were next to none) were sorted immediately, day or night. Being five girls we could be
quite useless with bits and bobs that needed doing in and around the house but Steve was
always willing to come over and help us out. I’d recommend Manners road to anybody and
can’t see why any of Steve’s other houses would be any different. Great house, great
landlord! |

| Steve has been a brilliant Landlord. Being the first time in a house, he really help us
with any questions or problems. The house was to a high standard and we had no issues
with it. Steve was always on at the end of the phone and came round whenever we needed
him. I would recommend Steve as a Landlord especially if this is anyone first time away
from their own home… It does become a second home. If Steve had any 3 beds houses we
would have definitely stayed with him in our 3rd Year. |

| Steve is the best Landlord ever. Nothing is too much trouble for him, he will always go
out of his way to make sure all students are happy. Our house in Fawcett Road (and
Norman) was amazing and we never wanted to leave. His houses are decorated to a high
standard and its really obvious that Steve works hard to keep them this way. If you want
a hassle free house with zero problems then I would say def take one of Steves houses.
I’ve heard so many stories from friends about problems with Landlords and estate agents
and endless problems to do with their houses, with Steve, you’ll be garanteed an easy
and pleasant time there 🙂 |

| As soon as you move into the property you can tell the amount of care that Steve has
taken in improving and maintaining the original features, which made the property a
lovely home to be in. Steve was always at hand to assist on the rare occasion that there

| Having started looking for student houses during first year with a head full of horror
stories about some landlords, finding Steve was a stroke of pure luck. He keeps his
homes at a high standard and is always fast to react to problems such as broken fridges
and microwaves. Having seen many other student houses, Steve Potters homes are some the
best money can get you in Portsmouth. |

efficiently. The house was well furnished and to a high standard; even moreso when I’ve
seen the poor state of some of my friends houses paying higher rents. I will definitely

| Steve is a great landlord. I had heard horrible stories about some landlords and housing
companies and was quite worried as I went straight from halls into Steve’s house but he
was great, the house was a high standard and any problems which arose where dealt with
quickly. I would 100% recommend Steve as a landlord and his houses to live in and if
Steve had any 3 bedroom houses then I definately would be staying there for my 3rd year,

| I would just like to say that Steve is a fantastic landlord. I went straight from halls
into one of his houses. It is a really lovely house, decorated well to a high standard.
I am so pleased that I am in one of Steve’s houses, there has been no horror stories
like some dodgy landlords, hes genuine and down to earth. Any issues and he is always
willing to listen to deal with it in the best way possible… promptly and efficiently.
I would definately recommend Steve as your landlord if you want to guarentee somewhere
and someone that actually cares about the student property you live in, unlike estate
agents and landlords with hundreds of properties on their books. |
